-Use your pre-pregnancy jean size as a starting point to help you to select your legging size
-If you are not in the early pregnancy stage you may need to size up
-If you are normally in between sizes please use the bigger size as a starting point.

Maternity sizing can be tricky not all bumps will have the same growth rate therefore not everyone will have the same experience with their maternity clothing sizing. Some women will be able to wear the same maternity clothing size throughout their pregnancy, while others will need to size up, as their pregnancy progresses. We advise that you don't be too hard on yourself with your new body, as you may need to size up as your pregnancy progresses. Maternity clothing garments are designed to be fitted but never tight. Therefore we recommend you should always feel comfortable and never restricted when wearing your garments. If a garment is too tight or overstretched it may become damaged. Whilst our product is suitable for pregnancy and post-baby we recommend you only wear what is comfortable for you and your body.
